Dr. Chen was born and raised in Taiwan and lived in the Bay Area during her undergraduate years. She graduated from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017 and chose to specialize in family medicine because she enjoys managing various health conditions and helping patients learn and grow. She values evidence-based medicine and preventative medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Chen enjoys exercising, dancing, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Dr. Chen is very thorough and covered all my concerns coming out of my recent blood tests. She addressed each of the abnormalities with either a treatment plan or retest schedule or referral to a specialist. She listens well to my symptoms report and always answers my questions. She is a great Family Doctor! Thank you Dr. Chen for your care!
