Dr. Arun showed genuine concern for me, offering both clarity and comfort during a very difficult moment. This is my first time being diagnosed with advanced breast cancer, and the news has deeply affected every part of my daily life. I have had to change my eating habits to support my health and adjust to the physical changes in my appearance. Moving through these challenges has required courage, patience, and a new level of selfcare. Even so, Dr. Arun's support has helped me feel seen, understood, and not alone in this journey.

Dr. Arun accurately and quickly took action into helping me to solve the issues I have. By grouping & Emailing the Social worker, financing department and radiologist to speed up the Radiation Therapy. (It has been postponed over a month now).It's kind of a long story..I skip this part.Anyway, I'm so so greatful that Dr. Arun stepped in to sort things out first...to understand my situation/issue I face. (Dr. Arun cares enough to assist even he didn't feel very well that morning & besides, he didn't have to).So turn around, It went well where we communicated: Kimia social worker called & email me; personnel from Client Acct from El Camino Health called;and lastly Silicon Valley Oncology front desk lady called.Thank-you everyone for your time and efforts!Esp. To Dr. Arun, U r my lucky charm! Thank-you so much!!

I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Arun. Although my bloodwork showed things to be I was very pleased with my video visit with Dr. Arun. Even though the most recent bloodwork showed that my levels weren't concerning, he spent time with me and my husband. The appointment never felt rushed. Dr. Arun was thorough as he discussed the findings and reassured me there was nothing concerning. I left the call feeling glad that I have such a wonderful doctor!
