David Singh, MD

David Singh, MD, FACC is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist with extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating complex heart rhythm disorders (arrhythmias).

Dr. Singh has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in cardiology and electrophysiology. As a clinical trial investigator, he has been recognized for pioneering advanced, radiation-free procedural techniques such as zero-fluoroscopy ablation, which enhance both safety and precision during procedures.

Before joining El Camino Health, Dr. Singh served as a professor of medicine and held leadership positions across several academic and healthcare institutions. "I bring a scientific, evidence-based perspective to every patient encounter," he says. "Patients can feel confident they're receiving the most current, effective treatments available."

In addition to his clinical and academic work, Dr. Singh plays an active leadership role in advancing cardiovascular care globally. He currently serves as CEO of the Melvin Scheinman Educational Rhythm Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to heart rhythm care in low- and middle-income countries through education, training, and sustainable systems development.
