Diego went into emergency medicine to continue expanding his knowledge and skills that can be used in any unforeseen circumstances. He loves the varying patient presentations that occur with each shift forcing him to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. He likes the adrenaline and the spontaneity of each workday.
