Gunnar enjoys working within the healthcare team to help patients navigate through challenging moments of their lives. Each patient is unique, so he aims to listen to every patients individual story so that they know they are heard and come up with a plan that both satisfies their personal desires and meets their medical needs. He is excited at the prospect of being a lifelong learner within the field of medicine.

In his free time, Gunnar enjoys spending time with family and friends, following the Bay Area sports teams, and enjoying the outdoors.
