It's all 5's. If there were 10's instead of 5's, they would all be 10's. I admire people who get up in the morning to go to a job that is about the care and preservation of life itself. It is the ultimate profession. When I meet a doctor who is not only a teacher (doctor is Latin for teacher) but also a physician - not only of the soma but of the psyche, I know that I came to the right place.
