Jennifer Haggerty, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. She provides long-term, comprehensive care for patients ages 10 and older. With more than 20 years of experience, she has cared for people in the clinic, nursing home and home settings.Born and raised in San Jose, Dr. Haggerty enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis. You'll often find her on the sidelines, cheering on her sons at soccer, football, track and lacrosse events.

Dr. Haggerty is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

"I enjoy helping people find practical ways to resolve their medical issues and live longer, healthier lives," Dr. Haggerty says. She has special interests in hormone therapy, musculoskeletal care, geriatrics, patients with complex medical issues and end-of-life care.
