Jose Lota

Jojo Lota, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Specializing in both primary and urgent care, Jojo has experience seeing patients for wellness and preventive care visits as well as providing expert care for acute (sudden) illnesses and injuries.

After serving in the Navy for six years, Jojo saw becoming a nurse practitioner as a great way to continue helping others. Taking a personal approach to healthcare, Jojo works to establish strong relationships with his patients built on compassion and respect. He enjoys educating people about their health and partnering with them to make shared healthcare decisions that best suit their individual needs, values and preferences.

Outside of work, Jojo enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids play sports. He loves new adventures and traveling to different countries - Japan and Greece are next on his bucket list. Jojo is also a huge fan of the 49ers and a season ticket holder.
