As I waited for a while to see the doctor which was ok for me, thought the doc would have to rush me out for the next patient who probably had been waiting for a while too, I tried to talk about my issues very fast. Surprisingly and amazingly that Dr. Brown did not show any even tiny a bit signs that she had to go to the next patient. Very patient and took her time. Listened to me addressing all my issues. I ended up having a lot of orders when I walked out of the clinic. I believe my visit was not less than 30 minutes. If any doctor like Dr. Brown taking her time to listen to the patient, I would not mind the wait time for more than one hour.

They listened to my concerns were prompt to refer and didn't have a prescription pad out before I told them what was wrong. That is the most appreciated part of the entire experience

I was very pleased on my first visit with Dr. Brown. I was happy that Dr. Brown asked me if I had any health concerns that I wanted to discuss at the beginning of my visit. Dr. Brown was very professional, caring, kind, personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown reviewed my medical records and thoroughly discussed them with me. She explained in detail what steps should be taken next and how to go about them.
