I was so grateful going through my records on line she read my POLST statement. Some seemed to be not what I intended at that time in 2019. I told Dr. Bennett my need to lookOver the pink chart on fridge and info in my file to see if it is correct. If not then I'll need to rewrite and file with the doctor. If she hadn't been so thorough, I would not have been Aware of this most important paper posted at home and on file. Please thank the doctors for doing this reading and making us aware if it's correct or not.

This Is my second years with Dr. Bennet and every visit has been a pleasant experience. She makes sure to check my records and info from other doctors before and during my visit to ensure she doesn't miss anything, and she didn't make me feel that she was in a hurry even though I know her schedule is fully booked.
