Sandi Matarangas, DPM

Sandi Matarangas, DPM, is a podiatrist who specializes in surgical and nonsurgical treatment of the foot and ankle. She has a special interest in wound care, ankle sprains, ingrown toenails, performing bunion/hammer toe surgery, and working with diabetic patients to evaluate, heal and prevent wounds.

Dr. Matarangas takes a team approach to care. She takes time to listen to her patients to learn about their concerns and goals and then works to educate them about their specific condition and circumstances. She then partners with her patients to create a plan of care that will best fit their unique needs.

Dr. Matarangas holds board certifications in podiatry primary care and podiatry surgery through the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. She also holds board certification through the American Board of Foot/Ankle Surgery.

Outside her practice, Dr. Matarangas enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She can often be found cheering on her kids at one of their water polo or softball games. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and watching the San Francisco Giants and college football.
