Sara Rummelhoff, NP

Sara Rummelhoff, NP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology. She focuses on cardiac (heart) testing and pre- and post-cardiac procedure care.

With over a decade of experience working in healthcare, Sara has learned that taking time to truly understand patients, both personally and medically, is essential to providing excellent care. Each patient has their own unique set of questions, concerns and fears about their heart condition. Sara strives to alleviate fears and empower people with knowledge and resources to effectively manage their health.

"I want patients to feel connected and confident that we can navigate their health issues and concerns as a team," she says.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys being active outdoors - hiking, biking and running. She loves sports and says that after growing up in Chicago, she will always be a Cubs fan.
