Subaila Zia, MD

Dr. Subaila Zia is a board-certified sleep, pulmonary and critical care physician. She evaluates adult patients with sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, restless syndrome, parasomnia and narcolepsy.



"I am on a mission to provide excellent quality and timely sleep care to patients," says Dr. Zia. She further adds, "I believe that every person is different so one size does not fit all. That's why, I spend a lot of time with every patient during the visit to understand his/her sleep problems, expectations and his/her concerns regarding the problem and its treatment. This allows me to come-up with a personalized treatment plan for each patient." Dr. Zia further shares "Sleep plays a pivotal role in mental and physical health, so it is important to have a good amount and quality of sleep. To avoid any adverse effects on health due to sleep disorders like sleep apnea, seeking medical attention in a timely manner is essential."
