I appreciate Dr. Julao's office fitting me in their busy schedule and setting up a video visit. I also realize my health is a complex issue, and I believe they are trying to do everything they can to help me.But they are so overbooked that there's always pressure to Keep the appointment short. Unless I have a very comprehensive list I'm never sure that they will have enough time to deal with my complex problems.

In particular, together we made some decisions for treatment together. Ex. I am having trouble sleeping -- instead of prescribing a medication, we are going to try Melatonin first. As an elderly patient, I am very appreciative of not being plied with medications to solve my problems. Some may become necessary, but trying other methods first is very wise.
