Dr. Kauser is excellent. She is very efficient, yet is not hurried. She takes the time to listen to me, prepares for my visit by reviewing my file and also takes the time to explain medical information to me.

Dr. Kauser's"bedside manner"astounded me. Seriously,I had felt that I was dealing w/loss of mother(8 months ago)"well",but was not prepared for the"triggers"set off by helping husband w/funeral arrangements for his father's passing on Dec.24,2025. Realized that trying to speak w/out feeling lump in throat & getting teary-eyed seemed impossible. I thought I had passed that,3 months prior,but it was happening again. Dr.Kauser was empathetic & concerned that I might need"more help",than labs,because of my emotional reaction. I appreciated her concern & felt reassured"IF",I needed"help" w/grief,she would provide resources for me. That I believe is living up to"care provider".
