Sarah takes time to learn about her patients' life experiences and how they have influenced their goals and decisions. She encourages them to listen to the unique needs of their bodies and strives to empower them to make informed health choices.
She says, "I am so grateful to be a midwife and to be with people during important life transitions."
Sarah offers a compassionate space for all patients to feel seen and supported. She is passionate about advocating and caring for members of groups most historically marginalized by the healthcare system, including people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals. Her passion for midwifery is rooted in reproductive justice. She believes in providing person-centered and evidenced-based care.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family and being at the beach.

I was a little nervous when choosing the midwifery route for my pregnancy care vs a traditional ob/gyn, but Midwife Sarah made my initial appointment wonderful! She was so caring, kind, and attentive and was extremely encouraging and supportive. Would recommend her to anyone seeking women's health care in the South Bay.
