Dr. Jiali Li cares about my concern and Is always willing to spend time to explain details when I have a question or am hesitated on a treatment. This is not seen often when I visit other doctors, but it is important for me. This relieves my unnecessary worries and concerns so I am more clear about my situation and it is easy for me to accept a treatment or not. Dr. Li is the best oncologist among 5 oncologists I have visited or am visiting, including those work in Stanford cancer center and MD Anderson.

Dr Li is always very professional and patient to all my questions. She explained the test results to me and explained the possible side effects of the medicines. Dr Li is very trustworthy and friendly in my long treatment journey. Many thanks for her kindness and professionalism.

Dr. Li was vey informative, professional and detailed. She was also kind and compassionate.

Dr. Li was thorough. Reviewed lab results that showed my numbers were improving. Was very encouraged by the infusion treatments and how I was tolerating them. After today's treatment, I was halfway through. Reassured me that the remaining treatments would be okay since I did not exhibit any noticeable symptoms during the first infusion. This was a relief to learn, though I was still mindfully aware to be alert of any bodily changes, keep masked, avoid crowds, and stay warm.

Dr. Li always listens to my various complaints and concerns and offers sincere answers, not just pat-on-the-head replies that I have experienced from other doctors. She is kind and she is always upbeat and she seems to have a zest for her job - seeing one patient after another doesn't seem like a burden for her, which is surprising because as an oncologist, she sees very sick and dying people. She lifts me up with her demeanor and I feel hopeful. I trust her and feel comforted by her.

Dr.Li had two interns shadowing her. She was very good at discussing and explaining results of PET scan and recommending next steps. She confirmed that we can move forward in January 2025 regarding an MRI and discussing infusion therapy.

Excellent care at every appointment I have seen this doctor. Kind and yet professional. Lets me know things and doesn't hide them but gives me hope as well.

Definitely will recommend! But also don't want anyone at El Camino pushed beyond limits. They still seem a little 'untouched.' That's a great gift!
