Dr. Ornelas always takes his time with regard to questions that I have. I never feel rushed.

Dr Ornelus listens to me & there may be questions or requests El Camino cannot answer so he creatively helps me find a way to get my needs met.

Dr Ornelas was patient, kind, observant, thorough. He spent time with me addressing all my concerns and then had suggestions about how I could better approach the difficulties I have had. He was extremely supportive of me. He had wonderful, helpful suggestions. (One of my concerns was that we/i am pretty isolated socially of late.) He was VERY helpful in helping me to see numerous opportunities to expand my social connections. Over all, the visit with him was especially satisfying and helpful!!

I've been seeing Dr Ornelas for more than 20 years. His practice has greatly improved since he joined the El Camino Health System.

I would give more than 5 if it were available. Dr Ornelas was a superior listener and a careful, empathetic, participant in all the discussion regarding my situation and plan of care. He spent a lot of time helping me to understand my condition and offering suggestions to help me feel more normal and less burdened by my diagnosis. I left that appointment with a greater understanding of my circumstances and an improved attitude in general going forth.

Dr. Ornales is a very excellent doctor. I am very lucky to have him as my doctor for 20 years. He is a a doctor that really cares for his patients' health.
